Tyler B. Kaspers, the founder of The Kaspers Firm, has spent his entire legal career litigating labor and employment matters on behalf of both employers and employees. Mr. Kaspers regularly assists small and mid-sized employers with a range of matters relating to their employees, while similarly representing employees or groups of employees who feel that their employers are or have not treated them within the confines of the law. While the vast majority of labor and employment attorneys practice solely on behalf of employers or employees, Mr. Kaspers believes that his experience and ability to represent both sides leads to greater understanding of the law and the parties' respective positions.
To the extent a matter may not be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties before litigation, The Kaspers Firm believes that each side should continue to engage in meaningful settlement discussions. However, there are some times when a person or company appears unwilling to listen or engage in reasonable discussions and litigation is required. Mr. Kaspers has extensive litigation experience in the labor and employment arena, including the resolution of cases involving some of Atlanta's and America's largest employers, such as General Electric, the Federal Aviation Administration, the United States Postal Service, H.I.G. Capital, Press Ganey, BearingPoint, Vestar Capital Partners, ProMove and GutterGuard. While a majority of Mr. Kaspers clients' are located in Georgia, he has assisted with employment matters throughout the country, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington D.C.
Mr. Kaspers prides himself on his ability to aggressively represent his clients while simultaneously being mindful of the economy and efficiency necessary to resolve an issue without breaking the bank. At The Kaspers Firm, we do everything in our power to represent our clients' best interests while maintaining the utmost adherence to the law and professionalism upon which our practice is based.
